Have you been finding yourself asking the proverbial question;
“What do I want to be when I grow up? "
Don’t be surprised if at 30, 40, 50, 60 and even 70 and 80 years of age you find yourself thoughtfully asking yourself that question within. Many are sailing in that same boat together. While there is no one answer for any one person, please know that you are not only in great company just in the asking
but The Universe smiles upon you as you ask
because
“all good things in motion are sparked by the energy of continual change.”

The Angels suggest;
1-Find your passion.
2-Claim those things that bring a smile to your heart and face.
3-Sing your new voice and echo it at every mountain top.
4-Move towards it even if you have no idea where it will be taking you.
5-Just go and take that leap in faith . Full speed ahead wherever you may land.

Health Watch-
SMILE AND THE WORLD SMILES WITH YOU!
Through out the years the Angels remind me that spirituality, joy and good health should not cost an arm and a leg. The best things are within us and they are always free for the taking. So get out and receive and give a few smiles today.
1-Stress Relief
Smiling may help to reduce symptoms associated with anxiety. Mark Stibich, PhD, consultant at Columbia University, believes that "If you can slow your breathing down and change your expression, you may be able to turn around the stress cascade." Chronic stress does significant damage to to the body and mind. Reducing stress may lower blood pressure, improve digestion, regulate blood sugar and curb neurotic reactions brought on by prolonged anxiety.
2. Smiling Changes Our Mood
Next time you are feeling down, try putting on a smile. There's a good chance you mood will change for the better. Smiling can trick the body into helping you change your mood.
3. Smiling Is Contagious
When someone is smiling they lighten up the room, change the moods of others, and make things happier. A smiling person brings happiness with them. Smile lots and you will draw people to you.
4. Smiling Boosts Your Immune System
Smiling helps the immune system to work better. When you smile, immune function improves possibly because you are more relaxed. Prevent the flu and colds by smiling.
5. Smiling Lowers Your Blood Pressure
When you smile, there is a measurable reduction in your blood pressure. Give it a try if you have a blood pressure monitor at home. Sit for a few minutes, take a reading. Then smile for a minute and take another reading while still smiling. Do you notice a difference?
6. Smiling Releases Endorphins, Natural Pain Killers and Serotonin
Studies have shown that smiling releases endorphins, natural pain killers, and serotonin. Together these three make us feel good. Smiling is a natural drug.
7. Smiling Lifts the Face and Makes You Look Younger
The muscles we use to smile lift the face, making a person appear younger. Don't go for a face lift, just try smiling your way through the day -- you'll look younger and feel better.
8. Smiling opens doors to more personal Success
Smiling people appear more confident, are more likely to be promoted, and more likely to be approached. Put on a smile at meetings and appointments and people will react to you differently.
9. Smiling Helps You Stay Positive
Try this test: Smile. Now try to think of something negative without losing the smile. It's hard. When we smile our body is sending the rest of us a message that "Life is Good!" Stay away from depression, stress and worry by smiling.
