Xtra Energy Report

I decided to place this additional weekly report in since so many are being strongly effected by the energies of late.

There appears to be a huge global emotional dumping of sadness as well as anger.

Often the root for anger is pain.

For those of you that are empaths,

If you are lashing out in an unusal ways to others or feeling a deep sense of fear and or sadness please know that as an empath much of this

Does NOT belong to you.

Allow it to be what it is. Allow yourself to be a hollow bone for it  to travel in one end and OUT the other.

Know you are a conduit for this healing.

Then just let it go!

Remember to breathe

Then go in, dig your feet into mother earth ,

Take a deep cleansing breath and whoosh it out .

All is well in the kingdom your angels remind.
