One Minute Healings
Are you stressed or feeling others around you stressed?
1- Stretch your body in the morning. Stretching opens your capillaries and allows for better blood flow.
2- Take a deep breath and whoosh it ALL out.
3- Bringing oxygen into your body increases serotonin.
4- Omegas help keep stress levels down down down.
5- Potassium (eat a banana ) and magnesium ( make yourself a Epsom salt foot bath) relax your muscles.
